CASALOTPIU was born from Thierry’s passion for Italy — a passion that began during the years he spent studying at university in the country and grew through his discovery of its culture, traditions and extraordinary dedication to quality.

Living in Italy gave Thierry the opportunity to experience a world that goes far beyond its most familiar icons: small producers, remarkable wines, exceptional extra virgin olive oils and unique specialties shaped by generations of knowledge, tradition and craftsmanship.

What began as Thierry’s personal passion gradually became a vision: to bring a carefully selected expression of authentic Italian excellence to Texas.

Today, based in Dallas, Texas, CASALOTPIU stands at the meeting point between these two worlds — close to the market it serves while maintaining a deep connection with Italy and the culture behind every selection.
